The society has an executive committee with 18 members who conduct events for the promotion of the society. The headquarters office of BES is located in Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, and Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute/Bangladesh Rice Research Institute, Gazipur. Bangladesh Journal of Entomology (ISSN 1021-1004) is an official journal of BES, that is being published as a half yearly journal. The BES organizes biennial conference, symposium, workshop and education seminars which provide attendees the opportunity to hear and present research findings. The meetings of the BES provide a chance to the members to interact with peers, policy makers and prospective employers. Thus, these services give BES members the honor, privilege and recognition as obtained by the other entomologists throughout the world.
